Reduced movements help 35 weeks

I'm 34+6 and all morning baby wasn't moving hardly at all so after a few hours I called triage and they asked me to come in. They put me on the fetal monitor and the midwife said it looks like a very sleepy baby, which didn't sound like him because normally he's very active and his movements actually hurt me. Anyways she made me drink loads of water and after about 20 mins his heart rate shot up from 115/120 to almost 160 and I felt some movements. After 10 minutes she said everything looks fine and said I could go home.

I've been home now and laid down but I'm still not happy with his movements, I can feel him but they're fewer and far too gentle to how they normally are.

What should I do? Go in again? I'm more nervous because my first child was born at 34+4 but that was due to PPROM.

The other thing is I have a 35 week scan booked in for tomorrow morning so should I just wait till then?

So confused

I had the exact same thing a couple of days ago at 34+6! The thing that worked for me in the end was a glass of warm milk, that woke my LO up no problem :)

Ring up again and go back

He seemed to pick up by evening and the next morning had a scan and everything looked fine! He was just having a lazy day I guess, thanks everyone
