May be a silly question but I just want to know if the baby is kicking/moving around a lot this is ok?

I'm 19+4 and have been feeling her move since 17 weeks.

Just want to make sure it's ok. DS didn't move till 24 weeks.

I found each of my babies have been different. My first kicked and squirmed all over the place. She is the same lively, energetic being at age 5. My second had more of a pattern and was a more of a stretcher. His personality is more relaxed. This one is another stretcher but favours the odd unpredictable wallop. Soon to meet.

At 19 and a half weeks you will have plenty of room for your baby to move around and indulge in somersaults. I personally wouldn't be worried but if you feel you are call your midwife unit for reassurance.

I’m on pregnancy two & this second baby is 100x more active than my first.. my first was a nightmare, never had a pattern, scared everyone several times & was more of a whalloper when she did move. (She’s totally normal by the way, an incredibly active baby & now toddler!)

I’m slightly terrified about this bambino as she never stops moving. I get poked, prodded, kicked, head butted and I think she can still just about spin round in there as sometimes it’s a horrible & uncomfortable sensation! If my first was fairly inactive in the womb & cane out very active baby/child.. what’s this one going to be like?! Xmas Confused

I’m fairly certain it’s nothing to worry about Smile if you are, always speak to your midwife but I think some babies are just busy practicing moving!
