Ridiculous question but Does anyone know if you have to leave the hospital with your baby in a car seat? I have the joie 360 spin so obviously we won't be bringing our baby out of the hospital in a car seat but carrying her out

They might recommend it but they cannot stop you from leaving. Best to ring your hospital and ask them.
