Slimming World whilst pregnant?

I had wanted to lose weight before being pregnant and I am still trying I've lost 1.5 stone since the summer, I struggle with motivation! Well I lost that ages ago and I am sort of stuck at that loss so far and I know it’s purely vanity but I’m scared that I’ll just feel like I look chubby and not pregnant! I also am scared of hating how I look in pictures which I already do now. This may be my only pregnancy so I don’t want this to ruin it for me. I know I’ll just be happy I’m pregnant but still!

I’d love to lose weight before but now we’re TTC I want more to get pregnant ASAP, so I’m wondering how people get on with slimming world when pregnant. Can you tell the difference? Do you lose weight, notice it in other areas whilst your bump grows or do you just maintain what you were.

I know it’s safe to do if you follow the plan and add the extra hexa/b.

I'm following slimming world in a fashion. 25 weeks and gained 11lb. 4 of which was in the last 3 weeks. Some weeks I gain but some weeks I lose. I'm a size 16 but have a very noticable bump. Keep going and good luck

Thanks lovely, I see pregnant women with those perfect bumps and worry I won’t have that so thanks so much for the reassurance. I find slimming world generally easy to follow loosely and can maintain that way so I am hoping to do that at worst as best I possibly can whilst growing a tiny human! Good luck lovely 🥰

Focus less on the scales and more on keeping your food intake healthy.
