Safe eating - did I stuff up?

I'm 34 weeks and have been careful with food and followed guidelines etc. I ate dinner tonight and then thought 'was that an ok way to eat that?'
I cooked pasta til it was hot and then dumped a can of tuna on it. So the tuna got warm but not heated properly if that makes sense? Should I have cooked it?

It’s fine-tinned tuna is safe to eat. The canning process cooks the tuna.

No problems with tinned tuna, all is well

Veterinari · 03/12/2019 08:06

Tinned tuna is already cooked - it’s not raw in the can!

You can eat tuna without heating it up as its already cooked.

I'm obsessed with tuna and have had to rein it in for this pregnancy!
You're absolutely fine to have it cold if it's out of a tin
