First Cycle of IVF

Hello ALL
I'm currently going through treatment for my first ever IVF cycle, and would love to hear encouraging stories.
I had scarring remove through a hysteroscopy in Nov19 and was told I needed to get my endometrial lining nice and thick for FET hopefully in Feb20.
I'm on the final leg, but at times feel worried.

Worth trying the infertility forum.

I had 3 cycles and finally got pregnant in Cyprus with a donor egg. It can be a marathon not a sprint but if it works it's worth it Smile

Hi @HopefulWife I got pregnant after my first round of ivf. I'm now 7 weeks pregnant. Good luck and there's an amazing support network on Instagram I created an ivf account and followed people after searching relevant # . It's a brilliant way to see a vast range of experiences and talk to people going through the same x

Good luck. I am currently 22 weeks after first cycle of ivf. I had a FET in July due to OHSS after egg collection. Feeling very lucky right now. Hope it goes well for you x

Hi. I had a long journey getting there as needed a major op to remove large cyst between egg collection and FET. But thankfully success with first transfer and she's now almost 2. Best of luck xx

I got pregnant on my first round of IVF (ICSI) and now have a 5 week old miracle! Smile

I had my first cycle delayed to remove a polyp and then a delay between egg collection and FET for the same reason. I was sad about the delays at the time because I assumed it would take a few cycles. In the end, I really lucky to get pregnant on the first cycle. I’m now 25 weeks.

Try to stay positive and trust the Dr’s. Good luck xx
