HELP! 6 weeks pregnant and I have horrible pain in my groin and but cheek!

I’m hoping someone can help me!
I’m now 6 weeks 3 days.
Baby no 3 on the way.
I have been having horrible groin pain for the last 48 hrs, now it’s in the top of my left bum cheek! I had bad spd with my son but not this early! Surly it’s far to early?
I have had an early scan and baby is in my womb. Thank you x

Maybe it is something unrelated to pregnancy? It is worth seeing a doctor

I am seeing the early pregnancy unit tomorrow to see a doctor so will mention this
