Hospital labour ward tours

Hi all

Currently 33 weeks - I asked my midwife at my last appointment about organising a visit to the labour ward where I plan on giving birth and she told me to ask at
the hospital at my next appointment, been today and asked and they think it's my cmw's responsibility to help me sort that out so i'm having to go back to my midwife again. I can't find any information on the normal way of doing this, can anyone help?

Had a similar situation with my antenatal
class - midwife gave me a number
to call, called them and had a horrible experience (basically got shouted at for apparently phoning the wrong place) so went back to midwife who said she'd sort
it for me and I'm yet to hear if she's doing it. No idea if I'm doing the right thing here!

I'm booked in at Good Hope, Sutton Coldfield fyi x

Ring delivery suite, and ask when they generally have their tours. They normally have a set day, or they’ll have an online tour. Don’t forget it’s a busy place, and they may have to cancel due to unit capacity.
