30 weeks pregnant and had a sudden severe headache come on this morning that I can't get rid off , feeling very nauseous and baby's moving ALOT. Should I be concerned? Or is this normal third trimester feeling?

Ring triage. If you're concerned enough to ask mn, you're better asking them.

What do you mean by sudden? Like it woke you from sleep or like getting hit over the head? Or did it build up over minutes/hours?Any visual disturbance?

A severe headache that’s unusual for you should be checked out. Most likely it’s a hormone related headache/migraine but should get anything serious ruled out 👍

Get your blood pressure checked.

Hi OP, I’m not at all qualified to answer your question and don’t want to worry you at all, but I just wanted to send you this link on pre- eclampsia to look at. One of the symptoms is a severe headache. NHS advice is to call your midwife or 111 in the event of having these symptoms : www.nhs.uk/conditions/pre-eclampsia/
I hope you feel better soon.
