I am on nexplanon have been since December last year haven’t had a period since April and feel a lot of symptoms however this is my test I’m not sure what I see however there was already a dark grey horizontal line when I opened it so was it faulty?

I wouldn't trust it if the vertical line was visible before taking the test x

Get a pink dye test.

I would say faulty if there was already a control line. Try another test.
