Night time cramps

Massively paranoid. My "daytime" cramps seem to have eased a lot since week 5. But mostly every night I wake up with period type cramps. I'm currently 5 + 4. I tend to get up have a wee and then they generally ease after Iv walked for about 1 min.

Anyone else suffered with this? Iv had two miscarriages this year. Doctors don't seem to no what's causing it. Not UTI as that came back fine. Is it just me lying oddly where things are changing?

I’ve been having night time cramps too. Bad enough to wake me up. Apparently night cramps can be due to bowel rather than uterus - trapped wind or constipation?

If you notice any bleeding, get onto EPAU straight away, but otherwise keep an eye on your bowels and get some peppermint tea!

Hi @Nelbert19
I don't seem to suffer any more. I'm about 6.5 weeks now. I had a scan beginning of the week because the pain and all is good.
The docs checked for UTI which was also fine.
My body seems so much more settled now then it was between 4/5 weeks. But the nausea has started 😞
I do also have to get up during the night for a wee which I don't do when not preg.
Hope your ok.
