Hello, looking for some advice

i have had a presistant headache since Friday... I had a consultant appointment on Thursday and my BP was fine and so was urine. I'm drinking plenty of water and also taking paracetamol but its not taking the headache away
I'm on Asprin as i'm at risk of pre-clampsia but i don't think its this as my BP was fine on Thursday? can it just strike sudden in one day?
i have tried searching google but all that comes up is pre-clampsia
who should i contact my midwife or doctor or should i contact anyone

Yes it can come on very suddenly. It could just be an annoying hormonal headache but it’s never worth the risk and nobody would want you to take the risk. Phone your midwife or GP, or if you can’t get in contact phone the number for the hospital on your notes for some advice, honestly professionals are always lovely and happy to give advice.

Ask your midwife.

I have the same since I stated aspirin, I'm on 150 mg and have a few side effects from aspirin. My urine is fine and I measure my BP daily( had severe preeclampsia in the past). I'm 19 weeks now.

But as said, because you don't know if it's just side effect of aspirin or onset of preeclampsia, it's better to ask midwife as they can check you out.
