Okay I have a question I'm 36 days late my last menstrual cycle was September 27 to 30th .. in October no before just spotting from the day 25 to 28 and toke pregnancy test all negative now this month November no period either but I'm having milk coming out my breast could I be pregnant?

Hi OP - you need to see your GP. There are hormone imbalances that can cause your symptoms (high prolactin)

Likely not pregnant if still having negative tests, but you need to be checked out by your GP
