16dpo is this a faint positive

I'm 16dpo, last week had creamy discharge (tmi!) And cramps like af was coming and I have pain in my lower back like af is coming but it's not here, done a hpt this pm and I swear I can see a faint line but dont know if it's my mind, I'm on CD 37 and have irregular periods anyway please help!!
