Hi there mummies
I've just found out today I'm pregnant. It is a huge shock as I have a 5 month old and I'm not sure how far I am I was due around a month and half ago but very irregular so I didn't think anything of it. I'm terrified as we're going through a bit of stressful time as my partners mum has just passed away. Has anyone been through this? How did you cope? Thankyou xx

I was 18 weeks pregnant when my FIL died (we got married the day before so he could be there) and then I lost my beloved grandparents a month later.

It's really hard but the won't be "hurt" by the stress. They take everything they need from you so it's really important that you remember to eat and drink properly. It will be you that suffers the most from it.

Sorry you're going through this xx
