How much coffee ?

I've cut ground coffee out completely but still drinking a cup of instant coffee everyday. I'm starting to get shattered and wondering if it's ok to have 2 cups of instant coffee a day.

The one I drink is Douwe Egberts pure indulgence dark roast 4

Here are the NHS guidelines to caffeine intake. It states 2 instant cups a day. I miss it too!

It depends on how you are with coffee generally. Different people handle caffeine differently... if you were used to drinking a large amount of coffee with no bad effects when you weren't pregnant then going down to two cups of instant coffee is going to be fine. If you are particularly sensitive to caffeine then you should probably cut it out completely (I had to do that)
The guidlines the NHS give out are just done by how the average person handles caffeine but everyones bodies are different. You might find you personally have to have less or can tolerate more.
