Panicking! How painful can lightening crotch be?

I’m nearly 38 weeks and was standing in my kitchen earlier (baby wiggling about loads) and I got a sharper pain than usual quite low down (lower than pubic bone) it wasn’t excruciating but sharper than how I’d describe my usual lightening crotch.
Do you think baby has possibly moved down or was having a big wriggle and hit a nerve? It happened about 45mins ago nothing since but he’s still VERY wriggly xx

I've found in previous pregnancy for it to be rather painful tbh... I've just started getting them again now at nearly 32 weeks... I hate the feeling its awfull. Baby probally just hit a nerve or something. I always think I'm. Sure they are trying to dig their way out 🙈

@Boymummy3- Luckily it was a one off 😂. I’m so on edge at the moment, I’ll be 38 weeks this weekend and with it being my first time every twinge frightens the life out of me lol.
He wasn’t engaged last week but pretty certain he is now. I literally thought his head was going to pop out this afternoon 🙈..... x

Full 37w and with an SPD so not sure how relevant my experience will be to you but lightening crotch feels for me literally like someone is stabbing me with the knife down there. Also - back pain, my god - back pain. Need my husband to help me make the first few steps in the morning when I get up before I can properly walk on my own.
