Just that really. I'm not even very pregnant yet, still in first trimester.
Today I cannot get comfortable. I work in an office so I'm sat in my office chair for the majority of the day.
My pelvic area/lower back/bum really ache today. Like a lot.
Any suggestions/recommendations?
I realise this is just the beginning. It may just be because I'm tired - I am due to see chiropractor tonight to get on top of my bad back before the bump makes it a million times worse
