Hello all

First time in here 👋🏼

I've recently found out I am pregnant- at the grand old age of 38 - Im 5 weeks 2 days- this is my first.

Last week I felt really tired, then start if this week bit tender round the boobs.

The last few days however I've not 'felt it' if anything I've felt great - normally this would be fab but I'm worried now I'm not feel much this is a sign all is not well?

Just wondering about others experience and if you would do anything? Take another test maybe?

Thanks!

Symptoms come and go.
If you want to take another test then that's upto you. I didn't get no symptoms at all with my 1st baby. Only a couple early on with my 2nd etc.. X

Hi, and congrats on your BFP!
I’m 5+1 and exactly the same for me, over the weekend I was feeling sick, cramps, really sore boobs, so tired, all the symptoms!
Then on Tuesday felt so completely fine started to wonder if i’d dreamt it all?! (But really, I was very worried).
I did another test to put my mind at ease and showed a really strong positive straight away. Test again if you think it’ll reassure you a bit, no harm in that. But after reading more online, symptoms do come and go and that’s perfectly normal. Unless something happens to make you feel something has gone wrong, I think you’re fine.
Good luck with your pregnancy! x

I had absolutely no symptoms whatsoever until I was 6 weeks and was wishing for something to confirm I was pregnant (other than the 100 positive tests I'd taken).

In the 6th week nausea hit me HARD! I'm 11+0 today and still feeling sick (not as bad as I was early on) but I also have wind, heartburn, insomnia and host of other symptoms.

Enjoy your wellness whilst you can as it can all change very quickly!

I'm 37 and 5 weeks pregnant. I feel wonderful right now, barely any symptoms. From previous experiences it can hit you very suddenly and I'm very nervous about hitting 6 weeks because it all seems to go rapidly down hill after that Sad

I'm tying to enjoy being symptom free whilst I can Smile

Easier said than done but try not to worry, we have little to no control in very early pregnancy. The odds are on your side though, remember that!

Congratulations!

Both pregnancies I felt completely normal until 6-7 weeks then the sickness struck.

I was like that too, couldn’t believe I was pregnant, even when I went for the first scan.
