To take tamiflu when pregnant or ride it out?

24wks preg, been diagnosed with Flu A after swab at AAU and prescribed Tamiflu (oseltamivir), however this is 72 hours after symptoms began, and after being able to collect prescription, now longer, and feeling slightly better already. Seems safe to take for bump, but potential side effects for me don't sound pleasant. Wouldn't be taking it to shorten illness, don't care enough about that, more if it would prevent any complications as a result of the flu. Anyone had experience taking it recently? Is it worth it or as improving anyway, best to just ride it out? Is it pointless after 72hrs anyway? Mixed info everywhere so frustrating!
