37 weeks. Signs Early labor

So im 37+2 due 12/16/19. .
I have very liquid diarrhea. It just came suddenly. And all day today I cant hold anything down but water.
And have been having horrible back pain right above my tailbone. Nothing is making this go away. Ive tried a heating pack and nothing.

Though I can still fall asleep with this back pain but cant stay asleep longer than a hour and im up again with pain and diarrhea..

Is this my body preparing for labor or is my body in early labor with back labor. When i asked my mom she said for me she only had back labor never labor in her stomach.

I need help. Im miserable 😭😭😭😭

It sounds like a dodgy stomach to me but any “horrible pain” I personally would ring your midwife.
And keep hydrated

U sure its not a sickness bug?? I never had this with mine and i had a back labour with my first..
I am 36+6 and have been getting strong cramps and need for the toilet a few times a day for a few days and my poo is "mushy" but not liquid like.
Deffo contact your midwife though for peace of mind if nothing else x
