I am 20 weeks and due to have my baby at whittington as i live very close by. I hear the birth centre is nice, labour ward average but after care wards terrible. However I recently read they started a refurb last year but can't see any further info on this. Has any one had their baby recently at Whittington and would you recommend? Were the wards ok and did you relieve good care?
I'm also considering UCLH but I've heard it can be very busy and often left ignored and unattended during labour
