I am nearly 12 weeks and I had an elective scan today and baby was moving around like crazy and all seemed ok but when she went the measure the heartbeat it sounded funny, she eventually got it and said it was 166 . I asked I all was ok and she said it was fine but I just looked at my scan pic of the heart rate and it looks weird. There are dark shadowy bits and when I see them online all the strip is white! I’m worrying the baby’s heartbeat was irregular or something. Could it just be baby was moving a lot? She said everything was fine but it was an elective u/s so worried she wouldn’t really know/tell me! Does anyone have any idea why it would be so dark in places and irregular on the heartbeat strip at the bottom? Feeling so anxious!
