20 week anomaly scan

Just got back from scan and results are good but it says they didn't examine eyes,liver,spleen or bowels but she said it was all complete and fine. Is this normal? It's my first pregnancy so I'm unsure? Baby was in an awkward position and was facing down the whole time

I can't remember being told what they did or didn't check during my 20wk scan but have they booked you in for another scan? Sometimes they will of they can't check everything but if they havnt then I would say nothing to worry about but if your concerned or want to double check I would contact the ultrasound department or your midwife and just double check with them x
