Contraction like pain at 10 weeks pregnant?

I was happily baking with my son in the kitchen when suddenly from nowhere I was floored. It felt like a late stage contraction but lasted for only 30 seconds. I've been having very mild sort of pains for past few weeks now along with bleeding. I have had 5 scans and all show baby to be okay but there is bleeding around the sac. Just wondered if anyone else had experience similar or knows what this could be? Too early for Braxton hicks surely and I was never in that much pain with them previously

I had Braxton hicks with this second pregnancy really early, maybe not that early but it was around 12-16 weeks I think.

Yes I had braxton hicks contractions from 5 weeks pregnant but I didn’t realise until I was 16 weeks pregnant. When is your booking in appointment? Mention them to the mw because sometimes it could be for another reason

Had booking in at 7 weeks. Seen MW everytime with my scans, she comes with me.

I've sent her a text so hoping she will reply some time next week, depends when she is working.
