Worried MMC. 1st pregnancy

Hi,

Long time lurker, 1st time posting.

So I’m 11 weeks and 3 days. We went for an early reassurance scan at exactly 7 weeks, they found heartbeat then and said everything was good.

About a week later so 8 weeks almost all my symptoms went away. I had the worst nausea that lasted all day, the most tender breasts and the worst constipation. But it all vanished. The only symptom I have left is tiredness but that could be due to a change in my medication (I have an under active thyroid which they changed my medication for as soon as I found out I was pregnant) my dating scan isn’t until 3rd of December but I am starting to worry as I just don’t feel pregnant anymore. Something doesn’t feel right. It’s hard to explain it’s like a nagging feeling.

Could I have had a MMC at 8 weeks? I realise now 7 weeks is probably too early for a scan as it says I should wait till around 8 weeks for the most reliable results??

Please help. Has anyone else MMC after seeing a heartbeat sooo early?

Hello. The symptoms come and go and it’s very common for them all to disappear suddenly (especially around week 8 - that’s what I heard). Pretty much the same thing happened to my best friend. Her symptoms stopped at 8 weeks too. She was worried sick and then it turned to be all good!
I had a MMC, saw the heartbeat at 7+1 and was diagnosed with a MMC at 9 weeks.
BUT. I knew something was wrong, I mean I knew it was going to be the bad news. I don’t know how to explain this. It could be the intuition, I just knew. My sore boobs stopped being sore over night exactly at 9 weeks and I had a tiny bit of brown spotting that turned into some pink spotting the next day. I’m sorry that my story is not a positive one... But I’m pregnant now again (6+2) Smile
Please try not to worry, I’m sure you’ll be fine! xx

Congrats on your new pregnancy and thank you for the reply.

It’s strange it’s like I know too. It’s hard to explain. All my symptoms have went away over night. Even my heartburn and the food I had went off I can now eat again fine. My boobs don’t hurt at all and don’t seem as swollen or full as they were a few weeks ago. I have no nausea at all anymore.
