Just looking for some tips - has anyone hired a postnatal doula and was it helpful?
I am looking to have a C section for this pregnancy as my previous birth was a car crash so think having my husband there should be enough. But thought a postnatal doula could be helpful. We had a terrible time post birth last time, breastfeeding didn't work out and I thought having an extra pair of hands could be good, particularly if they offered feeding support
I live in S London so any recommendations welcome!
