Implantation bleed or something else

I've recently found out I'm in pregnant roughly 4-5 weeks.
For the last 3 night when I wipe there a little pink blood but its only happens once at night time and nothing during the day? . I've got a bad cough so not sure if that's got anything to do with it. I'm not cramping or anything, I'm just curious.
I've had 7mc in the past.

Sounds like implantation bleeding to me but if you've had 7 miscarriages, is there more support available for you from the NHS? For example can they give you an early reassurance scan in a week or two?

Thanks for your reply I will go to the docs next week's to ask but last time they said I'd have to wait upto 3 weeks for an appointment, I've been full of cold and constantly coughing so didn't know if it's anything to do with that. It's really strange tho as it only happens once a day at around 8pm once I start to settle down.?

Well I never had any spotting last night. So olny lasted 3 days fingers crossed it was implantation bleed. I'm over the moon I'm pregnant but absolutely petrified! X

Is there an EPU at your local hospital? I phoned mine when I had spotting and they brought me in for a scan. This was at about 7 weeks I think.

I’m 8 weeks now, but two weeks ago I started bleeding. Only for about an hour, but I was terrified. Got a same day walk in appointment with the GP who referred me to the EPU & I had a scan the next day. Heartbeat found, all ok. They found a Hematoma, which is what was bleeding.
I also called the EPU on the day & they said if I was still bleeding tomorrow to call & they would book me an appointment.
For reassurance I would ask for an early scan.

It’s a blood clot or cyst.
They took me into a counselling room afterwards and the lady said they normally measure them but mine was so small it wasn’t measured.
She said i May bleed again but If I’m worried to just give them a call.
To be honest it was a good experience

Oh right. I will go to the docs in the morning and tell them how I feel and whats been going on. My last gp was rather useless so hopefully this one will have a heart. The doc I'm hoping to see used to be a paediatitions so he should have one
