I’ve had aches and twinges for a while now (I’m 15 weeks) but not thought anything of it. All of a sudden, my lower back is in EXCRUCIATING pain! Recommended treatment? Move more. Exercise. 😩 I work in a desk job and I have to roll my chair to the printer because it’s too painful to get up - Never mind the fact I can barely leave my desk due to the amount of work I actually need to get done.
Help me, please! Any stretches I can do at my desk, or anything I can take to help? 😭 or is anyone just in the same boat and can offer a little bit of sympathy? 🤷🏼♀️ I’m falling to BITS! 😩
