@Workaholic2mum I had to take medication with both my pregnancies as I was so sick. And it still didn't always help! I found eating straight away after waking up was the key. I wouldn't even sit up, I'd just roll over and eat a cracker and stay lying down for a while. Whenever I stood up straight away after waking up I'd be sick!

I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant and have a DD who has just turned 6 months. We wanted a sibling for our DD with a small so they can grow up together. They will be 13/14 months apart. I think it will be hard but easier later on.
I had my first post partum period then got pregnant in the next cycle. I was surprised at how quick I got pregnant this time as it took 10months of trying and tracking with DD. Feel very lucky!
Struggling so bad with morning sickness at the moment. I couldn't cope without my family to help me out.

Can I just say WOW @Court1994 how are you finding it with twins? How are you coping with the sickness @gossipgirl28 I find that most doctors do not want to prescribe medication, I'm having a hard time getting any. I'm being told it's normal, it's part and parcel of being pregnant.... But can't they imagine how horrible it is to wake up and feel sick all day long constantly for weeks and months..... :( I did have medicine with my first. But getting it prescribed is really difficult

@Workaholic2mum I didn't have a problem getting it, just tell them that you NEED it. And surely that can't refuse?

They!

My two are 18 months apart, the first year is hard tbh, but after that it was lovely. They are now both teenagers and good mates, but completely different personalities. I have very fond memories of them being toddlers. I won't lie, there are tough times and times when I was exhausted but it was fab.

I had two c sections so not sure if it compares to you, I had some family support for the first few weeks and paid for a cleaner once a week for the first few months, which was an absolute blessing.

Hi my baby is 8month old haswell and I found out I am pregnant i am now 11 weeks pregnant and am looking forward to my little one having a little brother or sister x

December2019 · 12/12/2019 21:04

My little boy is 1 on the 23rd December and I'm due his little brother on the same day, so if he comes on time they will be 12 months apart to the day lol
I've found being heavily pregnant with a nearly 1 year old very challenging as he's EVERYWHERE and I'm too heavy & exhausted to chase him (but I have to) lol so I'm sure having a newborn and a 1 year old will be easier than being heavily pregnant with a 1 year old.... hopefully 😂

I'm taking Cyclizine anti sickness medication, I'd be lost without it! I took it during my last pregnancy.
I'm still in bed most days and feel really unwell but the medication takes the edge off the sickness and enables me to eat/drink.

Court1994 · 13/12/2019 11:04

@Workaholic2mum
I am really struggling with the sickness, I have HG. I’m nauseous all day and I throw up multiple times a day.

Workaholic2mum · 13/12/2019 11:33

I had to have cyclizine with my first and like you said I'd be lost without it ! But going doctors again today in the hope that I can get anything to make me feel human
