Not feeling pregnant

Hey guys,
So I just wanted some advice really and to know if any of you have felt the same?
I am around 9 9 1/2 weeks pregnant now and my first scan isn't until 20th December.
I had an early scan as I was having a lot of pain everything was looking fine they said however i just don't feel pregnant (sounds ridiculous because it's my first so I guess I don't know how your meant to feel)
But in general I don't have any symptoms I don't feel sick or anything, I have itchy breasts and I just feel run down in myself but other than that it's about it ? Anyone else felt the same am I worrying for no reason I am quite young as well and I just feel like I'm panicking over every little thing.
Any stories of your pregnancy's would be great😊

I never had any symptoms with my 1st either. I didn't really feel pregnant until past 20 weeks. X

I'm 27 weeks with my first and he's been amazing to me so you're not alone in not really feeling it!
The only indication I had was alcohol tasted funny (so I couldn't drink it, he was good😂) and I kept getting cramps really early on but for the most part felt my usual self.
Had very little sickness and slight dizziness, normally only if I drank something too quickly after getting up. I feel really well in myself touch wood, though he's strong with his movements and kicks now so that's a fab little reminder!

Completely normal. I felt totally fine no sickness or anything. Got sore boobs from 10 weeks and that's it really however my friend had her head in the toilet from 7 weeks. We are all different don't worry

I never felt pregnant till at 6 months plus, no sore boobs, vomiting and only a few pounds weight gain. Both pregnancies ended in healthy babies.

I am feeling the same way, currently 8 weeks today and have no symptoms apart from feeling exhausted but cant sleep at night. I have an early private scan on Friday night, not feeling hopefully as i have also had pink / brown spotting when wiping over the last couple of days :( xx

Thanks so much guys that's really got me feeling a lot better, yes I have been extremely tired too but can't sleep at night!
