34 weeks, DS born exact same gestation so aware i might be a bit twitchy. Ive been getting tightenings since about 9pm last night every 5-10 mins and on off back pain. Tightenings dont hurt, uncomfortable and it makes me need a wee, although have had a few twinges and fanny daggers. Had midwife today so thought it would be okay, theyd check me out properly. Of course forgetting how useless my community midwives are.... didnt care, let alone examine me, just said if it hurts go to the maternity ward, theyll have a low threshold for seeing you and that was it.

I went in, they did the swab that gives the likelihood of labour in the next 7-14 days and it was negative but trace was picking up the tightenings so know i wasnt going bonkers! Said im just unlucky and got constant braxton hicks🙄
