I am only 13 weeks today (yay) but really suffering from not getting enough sleep.
By about 3am, my lower back is in agony, I cannot get comfy. The comfiest position is laid half on my back, half on my DH with my legs pulled up to my chest. I guess this is stretching out my lower back.
By the time I get up and move around the house, it eases off.
I have injured my lower back before, so I guess that its a result of that.
But wondered if anyone else has same issues? I am getting physio but its only just started.
I am very fit and healthy, go to the gym regularly, not over weight etc.. its so frustrating
