Early pregnancy bleeding

Hi ladies I'm desperate for some advice or success stories I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant I have had spotting on and off for the last 2 weeks only when I wee and varying in colour but mostly old blood, I was sent for an early scan on Tuesday and they said I'm 5 weeks and everything looks as the y would expect nobody mentioned the bleeding.......I also forgot to say I had bloods done and hcg had more than doubled in 48 hours......I'm going out of my mind, I have already had 1 miscarriage, 2 chemicals and a very traumatic medical related baby loss it's all so tragic and it's killing me, I can't bare to lose another baby
Please help? Xx

Hi @taylorsmummy2017 I'm so sorry you're going through this. Early stages f pregnancy can be very stressful.
However I'd say if this has been happening for 2 weeks on and off and the pregnancy is still progressing then baby seems to be doing well. I can't really explain the bleeding. It's not heavy is it? Or gets heavier? Cramps with the spotting?
Have you contacted midwife?
Sorry lots of questions. Generally if it's a miscarriage it would come on quickly as opposed to taking 2 weeks so I really don't think it's that but I'm no professional just speaking from experience.

@RoRosmama I went to my go coz of the bleeding which is why I had the tests Epu are gonna scan again at 7 weeks which is next Tuesday because the scan I had only said 5 weeks, it's only when I wipe really occasionally it's been a spot on a pad (like twice) no cramps, have metal taste in mouth, sickness boobs feel like they could drop off but I'm just so stressed I need to see a heartbeat 😥xx

@taylorsmummy2017 how are you getting on? How was the 7 week scan?

@RoRosmama I was supposed to go today but got myself so worked up I went private last night baby has a lovely strong heartbeat they reckon I'm nearly 8 weeks......bleeding stopped a few days back finally and there was no visible bleeding around the baby so that's good, thanks for remembering bless you xx

@taylorsmummy2017 my second is due 2nd March and we went for early scans due to so many problems before we had our first.
I get so paranoid! Am 26 weeks now and still feeling utterly crap but all will be worth it!
My fingers are crossed for you!! X
