Flaky nipples and areola

Hi, I'm 6.5 weeks pregnant and my nipples have been extremely itchy and today I noticed they are very flaky.

Is this normal?

Yep, I had this, still getting it now at 30+4! I very, very gently exfoliate in the shower, and am currently using a normal light moisturiser on them a couple of times a week. Will progress to proper nipple cream in a few weeks.

I was also getting heavier dead skin build up right in the centre, which I gently removed in the shower. No adverse effects so far!
