I should be 5+6 pregnant. I had a positive test on Friday 1st then I had a big bleed on Monday the 4th. I went to the doctor and she did HCG (due to two previous eptopics and a MC with severe hemmorage and cervical shock in may this year then MMC in August).
Those levels were 12 @14dpo.
Had repeats done on Thursday 7th they were 40, so all seemed well. Another blood test on wed 13th was 67 and Friday 15th was 81 so no where near doubling. Also had a scan Friday 15 and was told it was pul, I'm a bit of a train wreck and looking for advice/ help basically any kind of comfort I may get ☹️. I'm in no pain and there's no blood. I would really appreciate any words from anyone, I have a further scan and bloods due Wednesday 20th xx

Forgot to add since yesterday my symptoms have ramped up massively, my breasts are extremely tender and I feel nauseous and so tired too, I'm so confused how can I be feeling all of this and not have a viable pregnancy 😩 xx

Eight years ago I had a similar thing. HCG levels were low and I was having pains. The scan was inconclusive and I was advised to have a dose of Methotrexate to end the pregnancy because it looked like it was ectopic. I followed this advice but a few days later I was in agony and a further scan a few days later showed that the pregnancy was in fact inside the womb with a heartbeat. By this stage it was too late and I miscarried a few days after that. I'll never know if the pregnancy was truly viable, but I'm still haunted by the experience.

My advice would be to delay any suggested treatment until they can absolutely confirm that a pregnancy is ectopic.

I hope everything works out for you.

@Alderaan I'm so so sorry that happened to you 💔, this is exactly what I'm afraid of. I feel so pregnant surely that's something? I keep thinking if I never had a bleed I'd not even know my levels or anything and I'd be carrying on enjoying early pregnancy. I don't think I'd cope well with what happened to you after all IV been through this year already TTC. I can't thank you enough for taking the time to respond to me. IV been at my wit's end 😩 xxd

Keep me updated - I'll be thinking of you.

Hi @Alderaan I thought I'd update. So I went for the scan. I had ovulated on my right side but they were more concerned with the left (weird). Then they saw something in the womb (was nothing there at all Friday). Took bloods and said to call back later but there worried there may be something on my left side, or it could be bowel. Bloods came back at only 33 and progesterone was only 11 so it's all over. But positively no medical management needed. I wanted to thank you so much for responding when I was loosing my mind, it was very much appreciated 🥰 xxx
