Am I experiencing a miscarriage?

Hi, so I know this may be an odd question but I cant find any information on my specific situation...
So unfortunately I have experienced a miscarriage before, I knew I was pregnant from 3 weeks and lost my baby at 12 weeks, It was a very traumatic experience for me and was 1 year ago now.
So at the moment I'm not trying to conceive and I've been on Norethisterone (to stop period while on holiday) for the past 2 weeks, I am off the tablets now and of course due on my period, however last night I experienced very severe pain and cramping to the point I couldn't stay still, I had almost the exact thing happen (durnig my past Miscarriage) where I lay down on my side and felt something come out (sorry for tmi), I went to the toilet with heavy and sudden bleeding and passed a lot of 'tissue' greyish/white and large blood clots, the heavy bleed went on for around 2 hours and has now calmed down but still bleeding. This all happened last night and all I have done today is sleep, I cant get up without feeling very dizzy and my legs feel like jelly/weak. So my question is, could this be from the tablets? Ive been on them before and not experienced this though, or could this be a very early Miscarriage? has anyone else experienced anything like this? (again sorry for the tmi), would appreciate any advice xx

It could certainly be from the Norhisterone. If you google, you'll find quite a lot of people with stories of heavy cramping/periods/clots after taking it. I'd be inclined to think it was that v a miscarriage I think.

Also someone on here posted recently about a decidual cast, which is when the lining of your uterus comes away in one big piece and can cause really severe cramping. Hormonal contraceptives can apparently cause this, so the Norethisterone could perhaps have caused your lining to shed in bigger chunks than usual.
