Lots of pressure low down

Hii, just looking for some advice.
I'm 24 weeks pregnant and today while trying to go number 2 I felt an overwhelming amount of vaginal pressure that made me stop trying to go straight away. I've never experienced anything like this before so I'm sorry if it's normal and I'm being silly. The pressure has stayed since, getting worse then better but never leaving. I have since noticed dull ache in lower back. Baby movements have been very low but not strong kicks it's more wiggles I'm feeling.
Whether this info is TMI or not I dunno, but I haven't been struggling to go to the loo past 3/4 days, quite the opposite. Generally I've just been feeling off.
Anyone experienced this?
Thank you so much for reading.
Hope you're enjoying your Saturday night :) xx

You need to go to be assessed at the hospital. If all is well, that’s great, but if there is a problem you will be in the right place. We cannot work it out on here. Please ring the hospital now
