I had quite bad ab separation with my first baby. I am 5 months pregnant with my second now and my first is 17 months old. My separation never healed and now I am so uncomfortable all the time - is anyone else dealing with this? I was referred by my GP to an obstetric physio but was told it could take months to actually get an appointment. I am wearing a belt which helps but my stomach is still so sore!

Please make an appointment to see a women's physio specialist. If you have a MLU near you they may have one in-house. Pelvic floor exercises are meant to help build the abdominal core as the first step to resolving this but you need expert care and advice.
