Ok, i feel daft writing this because ive had 3 babies and i should know but its tricky, ive had the implant in almost a year now it feels fine (i think) i know these things can mimic symptoms which isnt a worry atm but my period was due 3 weeks ago almost, ive had no sign of it, not even the usual back/leg pain before its doom and gloom day!, im very fatigued, very hungry, gained a few pounds, my emotions are all over the place and i keep getting left ovary pain when i sneeze pick something up ect, i know the implant can do all this too but the missing period is getting at me because im very regular! I did look up implants and pregnancy and theirs like 1% chance this can happen and woman have fallen pregnant on the implant, so any suggestions, please put my mind at ease. I feel foolish even asking this

If your already 3 weeks late then pregnancy would show up now on most tests. It could just be your implant but wont know unless you test :)

It's more likely to be your implant, but it is worthwhile doing a test as no contraception is 100%
