I’m sure one a day is fine, Diet Coke do have a caffeine free version though if that would put your mind at ease!

I think that should not be a problem, I was told by medical professional that it’s ok to drink 1 small coke each day if I stayed away from other caffeinated drinks such as tea.

I was told to avoid caffeine in the first trimester as it can increase risk of early miscarriage but after that it's fine

I think you can have 200mg of caffeine a day whilst pregnant and I believe a 330ml can of Coke has 40mg, so you should be fine.

I'm having one coke a day while pregnant. I've gone off coffee so that's replacing my daily caffeine hit

I'm currently 25 weeks, most days I have a couple diet cokes or coffees. You can have up to 200mg, and I need the caffeine to stay awake haha, don't worry too much

I have one or two cans per day of coke, it’s fine as you’re allowed up to 200mg and around 40mg in a can.
