Hiya.
I'm looking for advice of the best healthy meals/foods I can have.
I'm really struggling to eat enough for a normal person never mind 30 weeks pregnant as I feel full and heartburny straight away.
I'm pretty sure I'm losing weight as my maternity clothes are falling down. ☹️
Growth scan a week ago was on 50th percentile but midwife yesterday said fundal height was low (not worrying because of scan) so am hoping to give myself and the little one a bit of a boost.
