Hiya.
I'm looking for advice of the best healthy meals/foods I can have.
I'm really struggling to eat enough for a normal person never mind 30 weeks pregnant as I feel full and heartburny straight away.
I'm pretty sure I'm losing weight as my maternity clothes are falling down. ☹️
Growth scan a week ago was on 50th percentile but midwife yesterday said fundal height was low (not worrying because of scan) so am hoping to give myself and the little one a bit of a boost.

I ate like a toddler a lot:

Peanut butter sandwiches on wholemeal bread
Baked beans and fish fingers
Porridge
Vegetable sticks with hummus

Mainly just trying to maximise protein for your growing baby, without having too many carbs or sugar to increase heartburn.

Lean meats, such as chicken, turkey, fish, and seafood reduce symptoms of acid reflux. Oats can absorb acid in the stomach and also reduce symptoms. Egg whites are another good option (but avoid the yolks).
I found that I could eat lots of bowls of muesli or granola throughout the day.

Also it might be worth trying 6 smaller meals/snacks instead of 3 meals a day this might help with the full feeling and eating little and often does help and still getting enough calories and eat things like avacado, salmon natural oil foods as higher in goodness and calories x
