I had a miscarriage a few months ago and had my first period after my d and c. I'm supposed to be on my 4th day and my periods usually last 5. Yesterday after work I looked at my pad and there was dry blood and I didn't bleed at all until this morning I noticed spots of blood. It's been like that all day today and I haven't filled up a single pad since I noticed it at 4:30pm yesterday. It could be my body just freaking out from the d and c but I've felt nauseous for about a week now and dizzy with sore boobs, everything I felt when I was pregnant the first time. Has anyone else bled heavy for 2 days and it stopped with light spotting? Can that even happen and still be pregnant this early on?
