I know you can start to feel movements or "quickening" between 16 and 24 weeks.

When did you start feeling movement with your 2nd child?

I'm currently 16+4 with DC2.

Depends if you have an anterior or posterior placenta. I had an anterior with both my pregnancies so didn't feel anything definitive until after 20 weeks

Really early this time! 14 weeks for me & it wasn’t flutters, it was a rolling like sensation. At 16 weeks I was getting definite jabs from limbs! I had a scan at 16 weeks and sure enough baby was doing back flips and you could see her kicking out! From 20 weeks, the movements have been strong enough to visibly see my tummy moving from it! At my 20 week scan, she did not keep still!

Complete contrast to my first. Didn’t feel anything until late and she wasn’t very wriggly. I was at the hospital quite a lot with low and reduced movement. This one never stops moving .. slightly concerned how her kicks will feel in another 10 weeks time! 😬
