Toddler Flu Vaccination - Pregnancy

My daughter has the live nasal spray flu vaccine today & I just wondered if I had any worries about catching flu from her while pregnant?! I’m 22 weeks.. I’ve got Hyperemesis, quite severe anaemia & I’m really run down. Feeling a bit nervous about my immune system!

I haven’t had my flu jab yet, when I asked in October to make an appointment they said the batch of jabs for pregnant woman & none elderly were coming in in November & booked me in for 28th! Confused I get a flu jan every year due to being asthmatic & this is the latest I’ve ever had it!

Thanks!

If you're really worried and don't want to wait you could ask at your local pharmacy if they have any in stock. Just take along your exemption certificate and you'll still get it for free Smile I actually got mine at the hospital while I was waiting for my consultant appointment (the nurse there is always on the prowl for unvaccinated preggos Grin )

Im 37 weeks and my doctor put me on a waiting list at the beginning of October, except they didn't/don't know when its going to be in stock Hmm so good thing I've had it already!
