I know people say 'baby will come when he's ready' but my midwife said that he's very very low..
She's recommended LOTS of sex, but has anyone else got any tips on what could help kickstart labour?

Please no negative comments:)) thanks

Bouncing on pregnancy ball can help baby go lower...
Walking alot
Sex

Usual really but dont think their is actually any proof any of them work xx

Nothing really. It’s your body producing a cocktail of hormones that trigger labour. Oxytocin is one of them, and that is produced when you orgasm or play with you nips. So loads of sex and get twiddling! Grin

'Loads of sex' sounds like my worst nightmare just now (37+2 weeks)! With my last two babies i ate pineapple and had a long walk the night before going into labour, could have been a coincidence though...

I'd did everything you could possibly think of with a very low baby. She was 16 days overdue. They come when they come! Sorry OP x

Sorry OP but nothing worked for me. I tried everything and I mean EVERYTHING. pineapple for weeks, raspberry tea, clary sage, nipple twiddling Blush, orgasms, bouncing on a birth ball, walking......baby came at 42 weeks 🙄 this time I won't bother!!
