I should be 11+4 weeks at the moment with my 12 week scan booked for next Tuesday but cant stop worrying.

I've had very few symptoms with this pregnancy - no sickness, not particularly tired and boobs only a little sore every now and then. 1st pregnancy wasn't awful either but definitely had more nausea/exhaustion!

The last few days I've had some aches in my lower tummy and back. Haven't had any bleeding.

I had an early scan at 8 weeks due to worrying about lack of symptoms and all was fine. But can't stop worrying now that I'll get to the 12 week scan and something will have gone wrong.

I can't feel anything when I press on my tummy but not sure if I would at this stage. I know I should count myself lucky I've felt fairly normal so far but can't stop worrying it's for a bad reason.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

You wont feel nothing yet by pressing on your tummy you are still early and baby is still rather low down.
As for symptoms not everyone gets them and they vary from person to person.
I didnt get 1 symptom during my 1st pregnancy untill third trimester then i got a bit of heartburn.
2nd pregnancy had awfull cramps earlier on and was tired etc
This one ive felt awfull majoirty of the way through and my first symptom was sore boobs which ive never had in previous pregnancies now 29 weeks.
Lack of symptoms doesnt always mean something bad. Try and relax x

I'm only 6 weeks but in the same boat, in my first pregnancy I felt awful by now but this time I'm irritable lol but no other symptoms. I'm just assuming that all pregnancies are different xx

Thanks all, it's just hard to believe anything is going on when I feel so little! But reassuring to know I shouldn't expect my tummy to feel.ďifferent and that others have had similar experiences. Fingers crossed Tuesday comes around quickly!

I asked the sonographer 'so is something there?!' at first scan. Had nothing except slightly tender breasts and a short period of insomnia. Try not to worry!

I'm the exact same. I'm now 16 weeks but I've had a relatively symptomless pregnancy so far- which sounds great and I'm very lucky, but then the paranoia sets in. So far so good now- and my belly is starting to grow. Looking forward to feeling movements for more regular reassurance, rather than waiting on the next scan for reassurance. Good luck to you x

I’ve had six pregnancies and all have been fairly symptomless regardless of whether I have miscarried or not.

Everything being well at eight weeks is a really good sign. I’ve been told by multiple medics that not having symptoms isn’t a concern but having them and then suddenly stopping can be a sign of a miscarriage.
