Hello. I'm about 6 weeks pregnant with my 2nd
On my 1st I had morning sickness from start to finish in my pregnancy. I've now got morning sickness again, I've tried ginger nut biscuits, morning sickness bands but they haven't worked. Is there anything else that I could try?

Sorry to hear you’re not feeling very well, the nausea in early pregnancy can be really draining!

I found that chewing peppermint gum helped, maybe give that a try? If you don’t like gum, you could try peppermint tea but I found the gum a lot easier as I never had time to actually have a cup of tea during the working day!

I am in the same boat! It’s grim. For me sickness bands like Seabands have taken the edge off. Mint humbugs do the trick and ice cream! But I don’t want to end up the size of a house so trying not to go overboard!

Solidarity, it’s awful

I feel the same as you! I don't know what the answer is but so far the things that have taken off the edge are polos and sips of water, and getting as much fresh air as I can. But still feel really queasy and tired! Good luck, hope you find something soon to help! x
