Pregnancy after a c section and bleed.

Hi all!
On here to see if anyone knows about my situation or has had similar experience. I have a 2 year old daughter and my pregnancy was pretty uneventful, so much so that i had to be induced and despite all the potions and procedures she was born by c-section as she was not for budging! During the section i was advised my uterus didnt shrink back and to prevent further blood loss i had a balloon filled with fluid in for 24hours. My recovery went fine and there has been no ongoing issues. The only observation would be my periods have since been lighter and shorter (a bonus i thought!). So now and i am pregnant again (7 weeks by my calculations) around the expected time of implatation i had a small brownish amount of blood when i wiped. I didnt have any bleeds with my first so wondered if its more likely in a susequent pregnancy? i was a bit concerned then but it has since happened again over the last few days and im getting increasingly concernd now. Also throughout i feel quite crampy and dont remember this first time, could this be because my uterus is has scar tissue or is it likely the start of a miscarriage? I am pretty constipated and todays bleed happened after i managed to go, its continued to be small amounts, maybe once or twice a day. I wore a pad all weekend and nothing in that, just when i am at the toilet. I havent seen a midwife yet and have my booking appt on 28th (Earliest available) should i see my gp as a result of all my concerns?

Hi @Peppapop,

We're just giving your thread a bump in case anyone's around to offer some advice and support.

Sorry you're going through such a worrying time. If you haven't done so already, it's probably worth talking to your GP, hopefully to set your mind at ease.

Sending good wishes. Flowers
