Have you contacted your EPAU for advice? Is it your first pregnancy?

If they are minor bleeds it's unlikely for you to have been sensitised from that. I'm Rh- and have had three pregnancies, no issues.

Rh Neg here too.

Had early spotting/bleeding with both pregnancies, first one sadly ended in miscarriage but second went full term and my little boy is now 15mths.

From what I have been told bleeding before 12 weeks is not treated any different in Rh neg people. After 12wks you should be given an anti D injection for any bleeds and a routine anti D injection at about 28wks I think.

This was my third pregnancy (first one rhesus neg baby, second early miscarriage)

I had had bleeding off and on from 8 weeks.

The bleeding subsided at 18 weeks and baby was born at 39 weeks, happy and healthy and rhesus positive - sleeping happily by my side 5 years later Smile

All the best Smile
